Together, we create a safe space in which to awaken the threads of living and reclaim the depth of your own wisdom and power, finding the medicine within the pain and shadows and weaving it into the becoming of your life.

As your coach, I am dedicated to showing up beside you each session to hold loving presence and compassion for your experience. Sessions often include grounding practices, meditation, inner child work, emotional alchemy, archetype empowerment, shadow exploration, erotic awakening, intuitive guidance, and breathwork, all held within the creative container of somatic embodiment and guided by the pace of your own internal wisdom.

This work is grounded in the mysteries of the unseen while weaving in modern understandings of neuroscience and nervous system regulation. Inspired by teachings in the ancient philosophy of Tantra and rooted in the wisdom of the natural world, this work opens you to the depths of all that is.

Relationship Coaching

Relationships are perhaps one of the deepest and most profound pathways to transformation.

We are in relationship with everything - with ourselves, with each other, with our dreams and destinies and the world around us. 

​

And yet how we relate with life is often dictated by the patterns and conditionings we've inherited, and sometimes the pain and wounding of our experiences keep us from feeling the full depth of love and openness we know is possible.

Relationship coaching is the delicate process of holding space to unwind the experiences and memories that hold you back, bringing clarity and breath to the process of cultivating safety, understanding, and awareness within the relationship.

​

Together, you will learn deeper skills of communication, intimacy, and connection as you make space for the fullness of yourselves and each other to be present in the relationship.

​

This process is open to couples, friends, polycules, and any other type of intimate relationship that is ready to transform. As a queer and poly-oriented individual, I strive to be a safe space for all types of relationship constellations.
